New GRIT Cohort
We are thrilled to welcome another group of International inspiring female founders who are on a mission to improve healthcare and women's health. Our current cohort consists of eleven inspirational female founders from over four EU countries, two Middle East countries, one Asian country, Canada and the USA.
A special thanks to Conor Russell VP of Boston Scientific Clonmel for supporting the Grit program for another year and for being an advocate for female founders in healthcare.

Grit Female Leaders in Healthcare Summit
Grit International had their first summit on June 8th, 2023 at The Herbert Park Hotel in Dublin, Ireland.

European Female Founders Summit
Our CEO, Diane Kevin, had the privilege to celebrate #IWD2023 in Brussels with the most inspiring females from across Europe. It was such an honour to be invited to speak at the first European Female Founders summit initiated by the European Commission.

Congratulations to our GRIT alumni, Dr. Julie Rachline and her amazing team. BrainTale raised €4.5 million (about $5 million) last June, to speed further development of software that can decode changes in the brain’s white matter into information that can predict, diagnose, and monitor the progression of diseases such as Parkinson’s.
Congratulations to Beyondbmi
Congratulations to our GRIT alumni, Dr. Harriet Treacy and her amazing team. Beyondbmi has raised more than €500,000 in a funding round from investors including Ergo chairman John Purdy as it looks to fill a gap in the market for medically validated weight-loss solutions for patients suffering from obesity.
